Bok Choy with Shiitake Mushrooms


1 pound Bok Choy, thinly sliced
1/2 pound Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
1-2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes
Salt, Pepper, to taste

Preheat a skillet to medium-high heat.  Add olive oil.  Saute mushrooms for about 1-2 minutes.  Add sliced bok choy.  Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.  Saute for about 5 minutes.  Add sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and garlic.  Toss all together.

Serves 3-4

*Goes perfect with Salmon or Pork Tenderloin...
