Parmesan Crisps


1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence

Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F.

In a small bowl, mix cheese and Herbes de Provence.  Place a spoon full of cheese mixture onto a silicone baking sheet (highly recommended) and lightly pat down.  Repeat with the reaming cheese, spacing about 1/2 inch apart.

Bake for 4-5 minutes.

*Goes well with salads or just a snack.  Store in the air tight container.


*Herbes de Provence is a blend of garlic, lavender, herbes and spices, sea salt, and lemon peel.  Goes well on chicken, veal, potatoes, and more.
