Chipotle Aioli


1/2 cup Organic Mayo
4 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, from a jar
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Pinch of Salt

In a food processor, blend all of the ingredients together.  Store in a air-tight container.

*Perfect on sandwiches, burgers, and wraps.  I like do dip my chicken wings in this mild-spicy aioli.
