Cabbage Slaw


1 small Cabbage, thinly chopped
1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
Juice of one Lemon
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper to taste

In a large bowl, using your hands, combine chopped cabbage, cilantro, lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix together well and serve.

Serves 4-5

*Goes well with fish tacos or crab cakes. Perfect side dish as well...
