Baked Pita Chips


1 package Flat Breads (6)
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper

Preheat an oven to 400 degrees.  Cut flat breads into triangles.  Drizzle with olive oil.  Season with salt and pepper and toss all together.  Spread the triangles evenly on a baking sheet.  Bake for 10-12 minutes.

*Perfect with Hummus, Ceviche, Salsa, Artichoke Dip, and much more.
