Peach Crumble


5 Fresh Peaches, sliced
Juice of half Lemon
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Flax Seed Meal
1/8 cup Flour
Pinch of Salt
1/2 stick of Butter, cubed

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Butter the pan (8x8x2.5 in.).
In a bowl, pour lemon juice, sprinkle cinnamon, and nutmeg over the peaches and mix together.
In a different bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Using your hands, add cubes of butter into the dry ingredients and mix together by breaking up the pieces of butter.
Place peaches in the buttered dish and top it with the butter mixture. Bake for 35 minutes, until topping is golden brown.

Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream...
