Ahi Poketini over Tomato Avocado Salad


Half a Pound Fresh sashimi grade Ahi, 1/2 inch diced
2 Tbs fresh Ginger finely chopped
2-3 Garlic cloves finely chopped
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/8 Cup  Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3-4 dashes Sesame Oil
1 tsp of sesame seeds
Salt/Pepper, to taste

Salad:
1 Avocado
2 Tomatoes
Lemon Juice
Green Onion
Salt/Pepper, to taste

Whisk all the ingredients together and let tuna marinade for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Slice avocado and tomatoes. Arrange on the plate and sprinkle with lemon juice so avocado will not go brown. Salt and pepper it to taste. Top it with Ahi mixture and pour the marinade right over it.
Sprinkle green onion and sesame seeds.
Serves 2-3
